SSC CGL 2016 : New Exam Pattern and Date [Official PDF]

Hello Friends,
In continuation of official notices regarding the SSC CGL 2016 exam, Staff Selection Commission released the full new and revised exam pattern for ssc cgl 2016 with the exam dates of prelims exams.
here are some important points about the new exam pattern.


Important HighLights


• Prelims will Consist of 100 questions of 2 marks each.
• Each Section will consist of 25 Questions with 0.5 Negative Marking.
• paper will be of 200 Marks and 75 Minutes
• Prelims start from 27 August 2016
• Tier 3 Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi of 100 Marks
• Merit Will be Made on Score of Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3. 
• Candidate needs to clear all the Tiers i.e. Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III individually.
• Tier-4 will be Data Entry Skill Test / Computer Proficiency Test as usual. it will be of qualifying nature.
